AgriVOLTagesAgrivoltaics for Sustainable Agriculture and Renewable Energy Integration in VET

Objectives:

AgriVOLTages aims to modernize vocational education and training in the agrivoltaic sector by integrating AI-driven learning, renewable energy applications, and climate-smart agricultural practices. The project will upskill 120 farmers and 60 VET trainers through Hybrid Learning Networks, VR-based training modules, and industry-aligned agrivoltaic education, ensuring alignment with the EU Green Deal, REPowerEU, and VET 2030 priorities.

Implementation:

AgriVOLTages will develop VR-based agrivoltaic training modules (WP3), an AI-powered decision-support tool (WP4), and a Hybrid Learning Network (WP5) to provide interactive, real-world agrivoltaic education. The project will conduct stakeholder consultations, expert interviews, cross-border training events, sector roundtables, and pilot testing with farmers and VET trainers. A multi-channel dissemination strategy (WP6), including national multiplier events, will ensure crossborder adoption.

Results:

TheAgriVOLTages project will provide -12 agrivoltaic training modules simulating system installation, maintenance and energy optimization. -12 VR-based simulations -An AI-powered decision support tool to assist farmers in feasibility assessments and agrivoltaic adoption. -A Hybrid Learning Network for interactive, multilingual agrivoltaic training and knowledge exchange. -6 national training events, 7 multiplier events and 1 EU-wide conference to promote sector-wide adoption.
